Answering Phones the Old-Fashioned Way

Posted by William K. Thayer | Sep 16, 2016 | 0 Comments

We at Schauermann Thayer Jacobs Staples & Edwards PS have a particular disdain for “phone trees”.  We don't have them during the work day – never have – never will.

If you call Schauermann Thayer Jacobs Staples & Edwards PS during the work day, you will get a live person answering the phone.  You won't have to listen to a recording that says something like: “Please hold, we value you as…” or, “Push one if you want to hear about what we do; push two if you would like…”, sending you off to another recording about something else.

Janet

Janet Comer is our chief receptionist.  She has been with Schauermann Thayer Jacobs Staples & Edwards for 17 years.  Most of the time, she will be the one answering the phone.  She will give you a number of choices: talk to the attorney if he is available; talk to the paralegal on your case; leave a message with Janet that will be conveyed to the appropriate person; or, she can let you leave a voice message, if you wish.  Of course, we also do business via email.

If you want a team of caring people working on your personal injury, car accident, wrongful death, product liability, dog bite, or insurance case – with real people that answer their phones and who do not force you to listen to a long recording only to send you off to another – then please call us at Schauermann Thayer Jacobs Staples & Edwards PS.

We look forward to meeting you and seeing if we can help you with your case.
