Scott Edwards, who dedicates much of his practice to representing cyclists injured in Washington and Oregon car versus bike crashes, has been invited to give a one-hour presentation at the monthly meeting of the Southwest Washington Specialty Group of the Oregon Paralegal Association.
In his remarks, Scott will examine and explain the differences and similarities between biking laws in Washington and Oregon and how those laws impact the rights and responsibilities of cyclists and motorists in each state.
All persons, from both from the legal community and the cycling community, are invited to attend.
