The Schauermann Thayer firm has made Brad Thayer a Partner.

“I'm excited to be a partner in this firm,” Brad said, “In the two plus years I have been here, I have been impressed with the quality of service we offer, the results obtained, and especially the fact that our attorneys in this firm really care about our clients.  I welcome the challenge of continuing to be a part of the firm's tradition of excellence for many years into the future.”

Brad earned his Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a minor in Sociology from Western Washington University and a Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Willamette University College of Law.  He speaks Spanish at an intermediate level, having studied it at various levels over the years in school, and from his having lived in Spain from 2009 to 2011 (where he taught English as a second language to Spanish students).  Given that the firm helps many Spanish-speaking clients, this is a significant asset.

In his free time, Brad follows the Portland Trail Blazers, plays basketball, attends concerts, and plays the drums with other musically-inclined friends.  A personal favorite past-time is when he and his wife Rebecca have time to get out for hikes together in the Columbia River Gorge and around other Northwest wonders.

Brad joined Schauermann Thayer as an associate attorney in 2015.  His law practice focuses on personal injury, auto accident, and insurance cases.
